1.3. Payment Surcharges: Payments made by certain methods, such as credit cards or international bank transfers, may be subject to additional surcharges. Clients are responsible for covering any associated fees.
1.4. Payment Schedules: will be clearly outlined in the booking confirmation. Clients are required to adhere to the specified payment deadlines. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in booking cancellation.
1.5. Currency and Exchange Rates: All payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice. 2.1. Cancellation: Cancellations of confirmed bookings may only be made in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the cancellation policy provided in the booking confirmation.
2.2. Cancellation Fees: Clients shall be responsible for any cancellation fees as specified in the cancellation policy. These fees are calculated based on the total booking cost and the notice period provided for the cancellation.
2.3. No-shows: Clients who fail to arrive or do not show up for a booking without prior notice may forfeit their right to a refund.

vaccinations, are obtained and valid for the entire duration of the trip.
3.2. Health Precautions: Clients should take all necessary health precautions, including vaccinations and medications, as advised by their
healthcare provider or travel clinic. JourneyTo is not responsible for clients being refused entry to any country due to incomplete health
documentation or vaccinations.

4.1. Travel Insurance Recommendation: JourneyTo strongly recommends that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering various aspects such as medical care, pre-existing medical conditions, emergency assistance, accidental disability and death, force majeure
events, theft and loss, cancellations and curtailments, personal liability, and more.
4.2. Insurance Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance. JourneyTo may provide information
regarding available insurance options, but the selection and purchase of insurance are the client's responsibility.

12. COVID-19:
By choosing to travel, you acknowledge that it is your personal decision, and you are fully informed about the current travel recommendations and restrictions related to COVID-19. You assume full personal responsibility for staying informed about these matters. JourneyTo is not responsible for any unsafe conditions or health hazards, including pandemics or illnesses, to which you may be exposed during your travels.
JourneyTo will make reasonable efforts to provide you with the latest travel information regarding COVID-19 regulations, conditions, and supplier terms at the time of your booking. However, please note that this information is obtained from third-party sources and may change without notice.
Therefore, JourneyTo, its employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss (financial or otherwise), damage, illness, harm, trauma, death, delay, denial of onward travel, or costs (including quarantine costs) that you may incur, whether during or after your travel, related to the risks and dangers associated with traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic. This applies whether or not JourneyTo informed you of these risks and dangers at the time of booking.
JourneyTo is not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers, including their failure to adhere to schedules, provide services, issue refunds, or honor future trip credits.
Please note that many insurance policies specifically exclude coverage for epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place. If you have any questions about the appropriateness of your travel insurance policy, we recommend consulting an insurance broker.
JourneyTo is not liable for your decision not to purchase insurance, nor for any denial of claims by a travel insurer related to COVID-19 or any other claim under the policy.
13. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
13.1. Upon receipt of the final invoice or quote from JourneyTo, and upon the client's approval of the quote or invoice by payment or written
confirmation, it is understood and agreed that the client has accepted JourneyTo's terms and conditions as outlined above.
